Our Four-Step Program -

Step 1: We assess your current program:
Meet with members of the board, senior management team, and development office to learn about the current agency situation, as well as development needs and issues.
Review fundraising materials, such as planning documents, correspondence, proposals, reports, and appeals.
Review the overall agency strategic plan, if there is one.

Step 2: Present strategic recommendations
Review with the board, staff, and development office leadership group.
Revise as needed.
Gain approval of leadership for recommendations.

Step 3: Create the new development plan - with timeline, budget, and staffing outlined.

Step 4: Follow-up coaching and mentoring - over time, to implement the plan.
